• Valve boxes for chilled water and heating – building services

  Designed to suit all types of valves/flanges and other inline fittings.

  Rigid moulded PIR foam boxes are secured with VELCRO® Brand fastener straps lightweight but strong, having ventureclad stucco aluminium effect outer in sizes to suit valves from 15mm to 600mm. Types of valves include: gate, butterfly, ball, double regulating, expansion bellows, 3 way motorised, non-return, strainers.

• Marine Mouldings

  All moulded insulation is 20mm thick. As well as moulds for all marine valves and flanges, we supply extra strong pipe insulation designed to withstand the potential for mechanical damage in confined spaces.

  We also have customised components specially designed for plant items found within the machinery spaces of submarines, these include: expansion vessels, cooler, dome ends, large diameter etc.

• I Box Manifolds

  Strong lightweight boxes complete with detachable lids and vapour seal. These boxes are sufficiently robust to support valve arrangements or manifolds mounted inside.

  High-density pipe supports available in all sizes for mild steel and thin walled stainless steel from 15mm NB to 250mm NB.

  The complete insulated assembly can be tested and sealed before being fitted on site. This allows the complex pipework to be fully insulated at all times and allows ease of access for commissioning.

• Customised Mouldings

  Many clients have specified requirements and moulds are commissioned solely for their product. This area of work is expanding with the development of district heating systems along with renewable energy projects using plastic pipework. Although plastic pipes are perceived to have good insulating properties this is not the case.

  We have developed many mouldings to compliment pre-insulated pipework at joints, elbows, bends, tees and valves.

• GRP Outercladding Systems

  GRP (Glass reinforcing plastic) is becoming more accepted as the outer cladding of choice over insulation in the offshore market, the use of GRP as an outer cladding has many advantages over traditional metal. It is lighter, is more flexible in its use and is able to be sealed more effectively against water ingress. Our knowledge of the insulation market along with our GRP and pattern making skills allows us to produce complex preformed shapes thereby greatly reducing the time spend on site by contractors.

  As well as supplying curved shapes to suit vessel bodies, we manufacture dome ends and stiffener curves etc., along with fitting instruction.

• Pattern Making

  We have experienced pattern makers capable of making any shape of complex pattern. Most of the patterns produced are for our own use in production of glass fibre moulds, however we offer this service to other businesses.

• Moulded Pipe Section

  We produce a range of moulded pipe insulation for naval ships. The material when moulded is dust free, clean, robust and easy to apply with excellent mechanical strength.
